He was predeceased by: his parents, Bunny Jewell and Claudine Jewell (Wolfe); and his siblings, David Jewell and Wanda Jewell. He is survived by: his sons, Robert E. Davis of Paris, Rex A. Jewell, Jr. of West Moreland, Kelly W. Jewell (Wendi) of Paris and Cody Jewell (Noel) of Redmon; his stepchildren, Greg Miller (Dawn) of Pace and Lisa Milam of Champaign, Illinois; and his siblings, Dara Jewell (Lue) of Paris and Vicky Wilson (George) of Paris. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; several step grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.
