He is survived by: his wife Kelly Tinsman (Eslinger); his children, Brooks Viel of San Antonio, Mendy Ganim (Elias) of West Chester, Michael Viel (Sarah) of Paris, Robert Wise of Terre Haute and Katie Wise of Paris; his siblings, Mark Tinsman (Jeanette) of Paris, Donna Zorn (Sam Mullen) of Paris, Brenda McQueen (Tim) of Marshall and Brandy Rogowski (Rick) of Paris; his grandchildren, Keeley Whitehead, Kendel Whitehead, Kendra Viel, Audrey Eastin, Royce McMullen-Wise, Alice Wise, Raiden Wise and Skylar Wise; and his mother-in-law Patty Felgenhauer. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
