She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Adams and Eleanor Adams (Lorenzen); and her siblings-in-law, Ginger Adams and Steve Winans. She is survived by: her husband Benjamin Jacob "Jake" Payne; her children, Lynette Chupp (Gary), Bryan Payne (Cindy) and Amy Payne (Beth Hansel); her grandchildren, Adam Chupp, Olivia Roosa (Bobby), Joshua Payne (Sammy), Aaron Payne (Autumn), Juanita Payne and Shae Payne; her great grandchildren, Eleanor Chupp, Jonas Chupp, Easton Blevins, Hayden Payne and Amelia Marietta; and her siblings, Donnie Adams, Linda Winans and Marnita Stuck (Tom).
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Grace Lutheran Church (711 S Main St, Paris, IL 61944). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at the Edgar Cemetery (629 Young St, Paris, IL 61944).
Memorial contributions in memory of Sandy may be made to Sarah Bush Hospice or Grace Lutheran Church Endowment Fund.
