With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Marilyn J. Pahr of Park Forest, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Marilyn left this world on April 19, 2024 at the age of 93, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, William Leise and Hattie Leise (Walter Pahr); her brothers, William Leise and Wayne Dendler; and her son-in-law Jerome Teresi.

She is survived by : her grandchildren, Stefannie Simmonds (Shawn), Marc Pahr, Jared Pahr, Jerome Teresi (Fawn), Paul Teresi (Christina), Mary Blaszczyk (Greg), Elizabeth Bernacchia (Dimas), Daniel Pahr (Lauren) and Sam Evanoff; and her great grandchildren, Hailey Pahr, Sydney Pahr, Lyncoln Pahr, Maddux Teresi, Hudson Teresi, Sammi Teresi, Aubree Blaszczyk, Kylee Blaszczyk, Abbey Bernacchia, Lilly Bernacchia, Holly Bernacchia, Evelyn Bernacchia and Miya Pahr.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Paul Lutheran Church (6201 Vollmer Rd, Matteson, IL 60443). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Paul's Lutheran Church would be greatly appreciated.
