He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Catherine; his children, Tammy Verdino and Steven Verdino (Angela); his grandchildren, Mike, Nick, Noelle and Gabriella; his great grandchildren, Arlo, Millie and Thea; and his brother John.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Nelson Funeral Home (820 W Talcott Rd, Park Ridge, IL 60068). The military honors was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
