He was predeceased by: his parents, William Pietrzak and Mary Pietrzak; his brother William Pietrzak; and his granddaughter Annie. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his daughters, Rose Carter (Stewart), Jennifer and Becky Chacon (Miguel); his grandchildren, Audrey, Ava, Andy and Adeline; his sister Roberta Wald; and also Jerry Wald.
