James Schmidt Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on September 20, 2025, James Schmidt of Park Ridge, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Jill; his siblings, Peggy Ricklefs (Marv) and Christian (late Rosalie); and his parents, Christian Schmidt and Marion Schmidt.

He is survived by: his children, Tracey, Jamie (Maureen) and Patrick; his grandchildren, Cassidy, Zachary, Colin, Lexie, Molly and Nicholas; and his brother Stephen (Cindy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
