She was predeceased by: her husband Michael O'Keefe; her siblings, Dominick Sharkey (Peggy), Agnes Flannery (Paddy) of Ireland, John Sharkey (Bridie) of Ireland and Mary Borner (Jack) of Patrick; and her parents, Patrick Thomas and Mary Jane Sharkey.

She is survived by: her children, John O'Keefe (Karen), Mary Bushell (Mike), Joanne O'Keefe (Kevin Jackson) and Michael O'Keefe (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Michael O'Keefe, Richard O'Keefe (Jenn), Johnny O'Keefe (Mary), Lauren Baker (Tom), Jennie Bushell, Joe Bushell (Elizabeth), Sean Jackson (Annie Minogue), Kiera Jackson, Kiet Jackson, Meghan Scheid (late Chris Scheid), Courtney Linehan (Sam), Katie O'Keefe and Kelly O'Keefe; her great grandchildren, Cora, Collin, Aidan, Josie O'Keefe, Mia, Mikey O'Keefe, Cian, Hannah, Addie, Liam Baker, Sophie, Eleanor Jackson and Elizabeth Hanrahan; and her sisters, Catherine Spellman (Patrick) of England and Aggie.
