It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph O. DiCola of Park Ridge, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on November 24, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Armand DiCola and Rosalia DiCola; and his brother Armand DiCola (Vince). He is survived by: his wife Rosalie; his children, Elizabeth, Jacqueline, Joseph (Mary), Catherine Angell (Jim), James (Debora) and JoAnne; his grandchildren, Michael DiCola and Jennifer Azzaro (Michael); his children, Megan, Kevin, Nicole Angell, Mary Grace DiCola, Giancarlo Di Cola and Dominic Zucchero; his siblings, Maria Elena Carson (John) and Renzo (Anna); and his siblings-in-law, Jack Maggiore, Salvatore Maggiore, Rose Maggiore and Mary Lou Maggiore. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
He fought valiantly and without complaint for two years, withstanding prostate cancer, West Nile virus and COVID.
