He was predeceased by: his parents, Barthold and Kunigunda; and his brothers, Andrew, Paul and Augie.
He is survived by: his significant other Eveline; his children, Tom (Hua), Mary Jo (Bob) and John (Kirsten); his grandsons, Bobby, Ryan, Andrew, Ethan, Braydon, Joseph and Matthew; and his great grandchildren, Victoria, Vincent, Bobby and Eveline.
