With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kevin Connolly (Park Ridge, Illinois), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 20, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his child Kelly; his parents, Michael Connolly and Jane Connolly; his parents-in-law, Ralph and Anna Bergren; and his sibling-in-law Dane Bergren.
He is survived by: his wife Dawn Connolly; his children, Sean, Kevin and Christen; his grandchildren, Aidan, Declan, Lochlan Connolly and James "Jimmy" Phillips; his siblings, Michael (Barbara), Vincent (Susan) and Maureen Connolly; his siblings-in-law, Debbie Strickland, Mark and Brian; and his close friend George Fritsch.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cooney Funeral Home (625 Busse Hwy, Park Ridge, IL 60068). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Wisdom Catholic Church (920 Granville Ave, Park Ridge, IL 60068).
