He is survived by: his daughter Madilyn Irene (Natalie); his sister Amber Artwohl (Gillis); his grandfather Gary Clevinger; his great-aunt Barb Childres; his uncle Dale Clevinger; his aunt Cooki Amerine (Uncle Mike); his parents-in-law, James and Marilyn Nedza; his brothers-in-law, Jake Nedza and Tim Artwohl; his nieces, Audrey and Emmie Artwohl; and his cousins, Thomas Bowling, Corey Clevinger (Nicole), Curtis Bowling (Laura), Danielle Amerine Stewart (Josh), Dale McPeek and Shaun Amerine (Ashton). He is also survived by his family and friends.
