She is survived by: her children, James T. Jr., Therese, Mary Pembroke (John), Kevin and Bridget Nagai (John); her grandchildren, Bridget, Jack Pembroke, James and Mary Clare Nagai; and her sibling's children, William R. Heffernan III (Amy), Sandra Caslis (Brian), Glenn Heffernan and Cathleen Falkenstein Yeisley.
