She was predeceased by: her husband Michael James "Mick" Flaherty; and her parents, John Kelly and Bridie Kelly. She is survived by: her children, Katie Ward (Kevin), Timothy Flaherty (Stephanie), Tara Jenkins (Jason), Jimmy, Russell, June Jenkins, Jack, Annette Flaherty, Paddy and Sheila Ward; and her brother John Kelly (Deirdre).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cooney Funeral Home (625 Busse Hwy, Park Ridge, IL 60068). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Andrew Catholic Church (3546 N Paulina St, Chicago, IL 60657).
