She was predeceased by: her husband Melvin Panek; her son Mel "Joe" Panek (Lisa); her parents, Michael Callahan and Sarah Callahan; her sister Kathleen "Kay" Daly (late George); her brother-in-law Martin Conneely; her brothers, John "Bud" Callahan (Judy) and Michael "Mickey" Callahan (late Maureen); her mother-in-law Bertha Panek; her sister-in-law Erma Rudolph (late Jack); and her aunt Mary Maloney (late Thomas).
She is survived by: her siblings, Mary Carlino (late Joseph), Eileen Schwarck (Paul) and William Callahan (late Carol). She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
