Patricia Madden Hacker Obituary

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patricia Madden Hacker of finel formerly of Chicago, Des Plaines and other near NW suburbs, who passed away on December 12, 2023, at the age of 58, leaving her family and friends to mourn her.. She was predeceased by her husband Dave Peterson and her parents, Edward Madden and Mary Madden. (née, Sullivan).

She is survived by her sons, John and Matthew Hacker (Eagle Scout); her siblings, Terri Brousseau (Dan), Edward Madden (Lisa), Kathleen Conneely, and Peter Madden (Sally). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, close colleagues and dear friends and her friend and former husband, Erik Hacker.

She gave 100% to work, love, laughter, pugs. cats, the Scouting ethos, family harmony, loyalty, and, most importantly to her, motherhood. We all will miss her like mad, but her spirit will shine on evermore. Hers was an ordinary life extraordinarily.
