He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carrie Chesser and Arthur Frank; his wife Nancy; his daughters, Karin DeLuca (Nicholas) and Kristi Garbarz (Paul); and his grandsons, Dr. Nicholas DeLuca and Joseph DeLuca. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
