He was predeceased by: his wife Frances; and his siblings, Gary Otto and Judith Otto Hedel. He is survived by: his children, Wayne Otto and Doreen "Danielle" Beilke (Carl); his grandson Max Beilke (Claudia Avramica); his brother-in-law Walter "Uncle Wally" Hedel; and his girlfriend Linda "Lu" Luczak.
