It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rose Marie Kawell (Park Ridge, Illinois), born in Tomahawk, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 23, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Bishop and Ella Bishop; and her husband Leonard M. Kawell, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, JoAnn (Howard Mandel), Len Jr. (Mary Ellen Heinen), Steve (Sally Brown), Carol, Mary Meskan (Don) and Greg (Becky). She is also survived by six children, as well as ten grandchildren, and fifteen great-grandchildren.

Although she battled Alzheimer's Disease in her last decade, her sweet, compassionate and caring nature remained apparent to the end.
