She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Ginley and Thomas Ginley; her husband Peter; her siblings, Joe, Mary and Margie; and her sons, Jack and Joe.
She is survived by: her children, Therese Ann Johnson (John), Michael Klein (Kathy), Karen Hinrichs (Harold) and Thomas Klein (Lisa). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Donations can be made in Sarah's name to the Home for Life fund at Central Baptist Village.
