It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Allen Lenz III of Park Ridge, Illinois, who passed away on April 19, 2023, at the age of 32, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Megan "Mimi" Lenz; his sibling Micah; and his grandparents, Ken and Megan Mrowiec. He is survived by: his father Tom Lenz; his sisters, Megan, Monica Key (Donald), Abby Pierce (Mike) and Mary Beal (Shawn); and his nieces and nephews, Seth Key, Westin, Lilah Pierce, Naya and Leighton Beal.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in his honor to NorthShore University HealthSystem Foundation.
