She was loved and cherished by many people including : her spouse Winfred "Win"; her children, John (Cynthia), Paul (Sheila), Marilyn Lading (Rudy), Linda Ryan and Robert (Melissa); and her husband Gillis Grocery.

A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Paul of the Cross Church (140 S NW Hwy, Park Ridge, IL 60068). An entombment was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Maryhill Cemetery (8600 N Milwaukee Ave, Niles, IL 60714-1946).
