He was predeceased by: his parents, John Christian Decker and Elizabeth Ann Talley. He is survived by: his children, Kurtis W Decker (Andrea) and Laura E Decker; his wife Cindy; his grandsons, Kaleb, Luke and Ryan of Mahomet, IL; and his brother J. Fred Decker (Yelena) of San Francisco. He is also survived by sisters and brothers-in-law, many nieces and nephews, and friends.
