She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Donald and Opal Adams (Belcher); her siblings, Donna Winkler, Patsy (Doug Piercy) and Darrel Adams (Lonnie Adams); and her siblings-in-law, Lewis Basola, Vincent Rybicki, Wes Cain, James Payne, Gary Binnion, Edward L. Houston and Rose Mary Pulver.
She is survived by: her husband Tom Houston; her children, Essie Houston (Rob Pursley) of Patoka, John R. Houston (Stephanie) of Patoka and Gib Houston of Patoka; her grandchildren, Trenten Smith, John A. Houston (Alyssa), Jeremy Smith and Nickole Houston; her sisters, Mary Basola and Wanda Rybicki; her siblings-in-law, Flora Payne Cain, Joan Binnion and Bucky Pulver; and her friend Mark Shepard. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
Memorials may be made to Pratt Cemetery and will be accepted at the funeral home.
