She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Gay and Laura Mackey Gay; and her siblings, Jesse, Clifford, Mary and Lena.

She is survived by: her husband Carl "Bud" Ratliff; her son Carl "Buddy" Ratliff, Jr. of Patterson; her grandchildren, Austin Ratliff, Michael Sprague and Cheyenne Ratliff; her great grandchild Aya; and her sister Loretta Gay. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
