She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert M. Smith and Gladys M. Lair Smith; her husband Ron; her sister Marva J. Angelo; and her daughter Crystal L. Pitchford.
She is survived by: her children, Robert W. Bettis (Barb) of Pawnee, Franklin V. Angelo of St. Robert, Gregory S. Cowgur of St. Louis, Lisa L. Gulley (Kevin) of Harrisburg and Kathy L. Nichols (Robert) of Bonfield; her son-in-law Kent Pitchford of Virden; and her sister Mona Brown (Tom) of Girard. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
