He was predeceased by : his grandparents, George, Frances Bliss, Don and Roselyn Fay. He is survived by : his parents, Robert W. Fay of Springfield and Beverly Anderson (Bliss) of Pawnee; his sister Lisa Seaway (Dan) of Bloomington; his stepfather Bruce Anderson of Pawnee; his stepsiblings, Robyn Powell (William) of Sherman and Adam Anderson (Leigh Ann) of Sherman; his nephew Devon Daley; and his pets, Chance, Callie and Maggie.
