He was predeceased by: his father Cecil E. Bowen; and his brother Jeff. He is survived by: his mother Jacqueline A. Schuecking Bowen of Pawnee; his sons, Tim Bowen Jr. of Pawnee, Joey Bowen (Sam Andring) of Pawnee, Thomas S. Bowen of Pawnee and Luke C. Bowen of Pawnee; his grandsons, Elijah W. Bowen and Cylas A. Bowen; and his brother Edward L. Bowen of Springfield. He is also survived by three nieces; one nephew; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
