She was predeceased by: her parents, John Ivy and Verneal Dowell Ivy; her husband Donald Combs; her daughter Rhonda Combs Harris; and her siblings, Mary Lou Forrest, Jerry Ivy, Sherman Ivy and Lee Dean Ivy.
She is survived by: her children, Rick Combs of Paxton and Ramonna Williams (Ted) of Paxton; her grandchildren, Mackenzie Williams, Brandon Combs (Donna), Breanna Combs (Neal), Brittany Rutledge (Michael) and Christian Williams (BetsyAnne); and her siblings, Myrla Ivy of Ada, Kathy Tubbs of Grubbs, Arkansas, Jackie Ivy (Barbara) of Grubbs, John Ivy (Vicky) of Memphis and Randy Ivy (Linda) of Weiner, Arkansas.. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
