He was predeceased by: his siblings, Fred Punke and Rachel Moser. He is survived by: his children, Marty Eyer (Dave) and David Punke (Cyndi); his granddaughter Alison Horstmann (Eric); and his sisters, Mary Punke and Margaret Farmer.
