It is with sadness that the passing of Rheta J. Brinegar of Paxton, Illinois is shared. Rheta, born on April 16, 1937, passed away on August 2, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Rhoda Pilcher and Leona Dodd Pilcher; her husband William "Don" Brinegar; and her siblings, Willard, Larry Pilcher and Marjorie Beland.

She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Herriott (Mike) of Paxton, Rhonda Wolfe (Rick) of Paxton and Sheila Eisaman (Tom) of Centennial, CO; her grandchildren, Jennifer Flanigan, Lindsay Garcia, Becky Britten, Eric Wolfe, Ashley Wallin, William Eisaman, Anne Eisaman and Joshua Eisaman; and her siblings-in-law, Bobbie Pilcher of Paxton and Terry Beland of Paxton. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church of Paxton or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
