She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Schall and Dorothy Chamberlin Schall; her husband Eugene Madara; and her siblings, Edwin Fredrick Schall, Robert Schall and Ruth Mae Prater.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Madara of Streator and Jeanette Heaps (Art) of Seattle; and her grandchildren, Ashley Nelson (Daniel Leach) of Gibson City, Patrick, Brittney, Bryce, Ryan and Lindsey.
