David H. Windoffer Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David H. Windoffer of Payson, Illinois, who passed away on July 14, 2025 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Windoffer and Virginia Windoffer (Cramsey); his siblings, Don Windoffer, Jim Windoffer, Kay Smith and Joyce Taute; his brother-in-law Ronnie Harness; and his in-laws, Ray and Evelyn Dietrich.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Dietrich; his children, Anita Arnold (Brock) of Quincy and Shelly Zengel (Eric) of Liberty; and his grandchildren, Zach Arnold, Zoey Arnold, Genavieve Zengel (Jacob Gould), Nathan Zengel and Henry Zengel.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Duker & Haugh Funeral Home (823 Broadway St, Quincy, IL 62301). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 9:45 AM to 10:30 AM at the same location.
