He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl J. Dingerson and Dorothy M. Riley Dingerson; his parents-in-law, Jim and Nancy Boone; his brother-in-law Greg Barker; and his niece Lynn Barker.
He is survived by: his wife June Boone; his siblings, Carol Derhake of Quincy, Gail Dingerson (Bo Smith) of Decatur, IL, Linda Barker of Baylis, IL and Jim Dingerson (Linn) of Payson, IL; and his siblings-in-law, Bob Boone of Plainville, IL and Luann Stahl (Kevin) of Plainville, IL. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hansen-Spear Funeral Home (1535 State St, Quincy, IL 62301). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
