He was predeceased by: his parents, Verdie Rhodes and Lula Gourley Rhodes; his wife Mary Ann Turnbaugh; his siblings, Wayne Rhodes, Earl'Dude'Rhodes and Vivian Rhodes; and his stepdaughter Holly Shanks.
He is survived by: his sons, Craig Rhodes of Riverton, IL, Chris Rhodes of Springfield, IL and Brad Rhodes (Emily) of Pittsfield, IL; his grandchildren, Ariel Rhodes, Mel Rhodes, Sandra Rhodes, Addie Rhodes and Emma Rhodes; and his sister-in-law Valerie Watkins.
Memorials are suggested to be made to the Pearl Christian Church or to the family c/o Niebur Funeral Home.
