She was predeceased by : her father David Lawrence Johnson; her husband Howard William Smith; and her siblings, Donald Clapp, Denise Russen (Willy) and Debbie Michaelson (Richard).
She is survived by : her mother Margret Ann Ward Johnson; her children, Kyle Smith (Cristen) of Freeport and Blair Hartman (Cody) of Pecatonica; her sisters, Dawn Swanberg (Joe) and Donna Rallo (Tony); and her grandchildren, Cameron Smith, Adriana Smith, Brielle Smith, Jacob Smith, Abel Smith, Zion Smith, Aiden Hartman and Jackson Hartman.
