He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Dorr Hazzard and Jessie Hazzard (Watts); his siblings, Judy, Phyllis and Roger; his wife Alma Darlene (Nelson); and his daughter Julie.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara McCray; and his children, Nancy Kirby (Tad) and Tom Hazzard (Carla).
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Seward Congregational Church (3017 S Pecatonica Rd, Pecatonica, IL 61063). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
