Riggs; his children, Ashley Christen (Clark Green), Rebekah Christen, Karly Riverdahl, Hailey Westphal and Khyler Christen; his stepchildren, Alexander Cox, Kayla Thorn and Zachary Christen; his grandsons, Noah and Emmett; and his stepgrandchildren, Dominik, Remington, Kolton, Josie and Sister Kim Gipe (Don). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
