He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolph Holub and Dorothy Holub (Pierce); his wife Sonja Kay Holub; his granddaughters, Deidra and Ashley; and his brother Dale Holub.
He is survived by: his children, Laurie Burkhart (Dan), Peggy Anderson (Leighton), Wayne "Jamie" Holub Jr. (Laura), Dean Holub, Richard "Rick" Holub and Michael Holub (Jacqueline Fluaitt); his sisters, Connie Wendel (Gil) and Judy Westberg (late Russell); and his sister-in-law Mary Holub. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren, numerous nieces & nephews; and many dear friends.
