He was predeceased by: his father Warren Sandall; his stepson Brandon Herndon; and his aunt Marcella Simmons. He is survived by: his mother Surin Sandall of Pekin; his wife Sarah Wernowsky; his children, Kyron and Alani Sandall of Pekin; and his siblings, Vee Tunyuck (Jennifer) of Pekin, Duk Bader of Pekin and Dow Tunyuck of Pekin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to Kyron and Alani Sandall's college fund.
