It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Avrum A. Stein of Pekin, Illinois, born in Pueblo, Colorado, who passed away on September 1, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Stein and Rose Stein (Krigel); and his brother David Lee Stein. He is survived by: his wife Patty Stein; his children, Aaron Stein (Christine) of Pekin, IL, Rhonda Stein of Pensacola and Mitchel Stein (Deanna) of Indianapolis, Indiana.; his grandchildren, Alexander Stein (Samantha), Elizabeth Stein, Kathryn Stein Parker (Seth), Niovi Dollas, Evan Dollas, Kiara Stein and Brycer Stein (Vanessa); his great grandchildren, Jaide Stein, Allison Stein, Sorren Parker and Finley Parker; and his sister-in-law Anna Lee Stein.
Upon retirement, Av and Patty spent the winters in Florida and summers in Illinois, until the pandemic, when they moved back to Illinois full time.
