We are sad to announce that on August 4, 2022, at the age of 83, Carrie Lenora Best of Pekin, Illinois, born in Floral, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, William Warren and Lenor Warren (Carter); and her siblings, Alice Robbins, Velma Brock, Bob Warren and Noble Warren.
She is survived by : her husband Floyd Leon Best; and her children, Renna Hadsall (John) of Pekin and Robert "Rob" Best (Deborah) of Pekin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
