She was predeceased by: her parents, William Edward and Myrtle Rybolt (Dobbs); her brothers, Thomas Edward Rybolt and David Lee Rybolt; and her grandson Joshua Manley.
She is survived by: her daughters, Brandi Wallis (Charles) of Pekin and Cathy Hertz (Jeremy Stapp) of Peoria; her brother Stanley E. Rybolt (Cindy); her grandchildren, Sarah Ullrich, Lindsay Manley, Jacob Manley, Breanna Highley (Taylor) and Robert Alexander; and her great grandchildren, Camden, Maisy, Magnolia, Braxten, Blaine and Abel.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the Liberty Village (1540 El Camino Dr, Pekin, IL 61554).
