He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Litz and Louise Litz (Fleckenstein); and his brother Robert Litz, Jr.. He is survived by: his aunts, Nedra and Gloria Litz; his uncle Albert Fleckenstein (JoAnna); his nephew Travis; and his close friend Juhna Cruz.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Calvary Baptist Church in Pekin.
