We are sad to announce that on June 28, 2025, at the age of 60, Deborah Lynn Smith of Pekin, Illinois passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Deborah Lynn Smith to pay them a last tribute.

Though Deborah Lynn may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Deborah Lynn touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Ruschmeyer and Elaine Jeemes Ruschmeyer Sr.; and her grandparents, Vivian and Clifton Jeemes. She is survived by: her siblings, Jim Ruschmeyer (Kathy) and Diane Mayberry (Mick); her siblings' children, Ally Ruschmeyer, Sarah Pfanz, Douglas Graves and Dustin Denham; and her great-nephew Lukas Graves.
