She was predeceased by: her parents, Duane Smith and Jeanine Smith Sr. (Adcock); her sons, Jacob and Jeffrey Gardner; her brother-in-law Craig Dalton Sr.; and her great-nephew Dyson Bailey.
She is survived by: her son Corey Gardner (Jennifer) of Pekin; her grandchildren, Kyleigh, Lainey and Hunter; and her siblings, Duane Smith Jr. (Carole) of Harvey, Louisiana, Darlene Antonio of Pekin and Denise Dalton of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin..
