He was predeceased by: his parents, Beryle Durbin and Eva Belle Durbin (Albertson); his daughters, Patricia Lynn Miller and Pamela Marie Barrett; his siblings, Beryle Durbin, Mildred Moore, Violet Sefton, Ellen Hunter, Nelita Evans and Juanita Durbin; and his son-in-law Ed Bryan.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann McClary; and his children, Debra Mason (Mike) of Lebanon, Judith Bryan of Pekin, Renae Hall (Todd) of Pekin and James Durbin (Julie) of Gulfport, Mississippi. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren: 54 great-grandchildren: 15 great-great-grandchildren and two grand puppies.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory (500 N 4th St, Pekin, IL 61554). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Spring Lake Cemetery (6779 Townline Rd, Manito, IL 61546).
