She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Duley and Ethel Duley (Appell); her husband William J. Schell; and her sons, William Michael Schell and Kevin R. Schell.
She is survived by: her children, John Schell (Cheryl), Debra Baldwin (Michael) and Robert Schell (Mary); her grandchildren, Matt Schell (Elvie), John Schell, Jr. (Tess), Jason Schell, Robert H. Schell, Caitlin Wood (Zach) and Catherine Schell; her great grandchildren, Luke Schell, Sabrina Schell, Lance Schell (Ashley), Jacob Schell, Lexi Baker (James), Malia Langanis (Cole), Elise Schell, Neethan Schell, Oliver Wood and Maddie Wood; her brother Ralph Duley (Judy); and her daughters-in-law, Victoria Schell and Nancy Schell. She is also survived by 4 step grandchildren, 7 step great grandchildren; five great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, May 11th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calvary Baptist Bible Church (2200 W Nebraska Ave, Peoria, IL 61604). A funeral service was held on Monday, May 11th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A committal service was held on Monday, May 11th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions can be made out to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or Shriner's Children's Hospital.
