It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Eleanor M. Gosnell of Pekin, Illinois, born in Topeka, Illinois, who passed away on March 29, 2024, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Rochester and Nelda Rochester (Bartels); her husband Paul L. Gosnell; her daughter Linda Hughes; her brothers, Dale, Ron and Ray Rochester; and her great grandchild Violet Whitehead.
She is survived by: her children, Rod Gosnell of Taylorville and Connie Whitehead (Jim) of Mackinaw; her son-in-law Charlie Hughes of The Villages; and her siblings, Larry Rochester of Marquette Heights and Kathy Embree of Manito. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren.
