He is survived by: his wife Judith Pye; his children, Kelly Walsh (Mark D.) of Pekin and Steven Baker (Chrissy) of Goochland, Virginia; his grandchildren, Francis James Baker III, Johnathon Roy Baker, Sandra Christine Chapman, Elizabeth Walsh and Nathaniel Walsh; his great grandchildren, Kaydence Baker, Caleb Baker, Chloe Baker, Randall Baker and Amelia Chapman; and his sisters, Ethel and Patricia.
